Our annual Christmas party was held with installation of 2009 club officers.  St. Mikulas, the Angel and the Devil made an appearance, asking members if they had been naughty or nice during the past year and handing out candy or coal, accordingly.  Stefanie Vocasek, 2004-05, 2005-06 Lincoln Czech Queen entertained us with Czech vocal selections. The highlight of the evening was Czech music provided by Brad Husak on accordion, Math Sladky, drums and Kevin Koopmann, bass.

Our guests were Mark Vyhlidal (from the All Star Polka Show) and his 8 year old son, Jacob. They entertained us with accordion music.

Our guests were the Robiscek Scholars. They gave a presentation about themselves and showed pictures of where they are from.   Míla Šašková-Pierce also gave a talk about what it was like for her in Czechoslovakia before 1968.

We began the year 2008 with a dinner meeting and installation of officers.
