2011 Czech FestivalThe Nebraska Czechs of Lincoln held their 42nd Annual Czech Festival on Sunday, May 1st, 2011 at the Pla Mor Ballroom. This festival was open to the public and admission is FREE. Vendor booths had ethnic foods including kolace, baked goods, crystal from the Czech & Slovak Republics and so much more. Programs on the stage included Accordion Jams, Czech Singers, Lincoln Czech Slovak Royalty Coronation, Introduction of Other Czech Slovak Royalty, “Polka Your Eyes Out” Band, WFLA Scholarship Presentation, WFLA Bike Drawing, and the Sesostris Shrine Polka Band.
