2010 Czech Festival

The Nebraska Czechs of Lincoln would like to invite you to their 41st annual Czech Festival on Sunday, May 2nd, 2010 at the Moose Lodge Family Center, 4901 56th St in Lincoln. This festival is open to the public and admission is free.

Vendor booths will be open from 9:00am to 4:30pm with ethnic foods including kolace, baked goods, crystal from the Czech & Slovak Republics and so much more. There will also be several exhibitors including dumpling and sauerkraut demos to display how our Czech/Slovak heritage is being carried on.

Hot food will be served by the Moose Lodge Family Center from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

Programs on the stage will include Accordion Jams, Capital City Czech Choraliers, Lincoln Czech Slovak Royalty Coronation, Introduction of Other Czech Slovak Royalty, Less Talk More Polka Band, WFLA Scholarship Presentation, WFLA Bike Drawing, and the Sesostris Shrine Polka Band for your listening and dancing pleasure – music and dancing until 6:00pm.
